Abstract

The commentary on two definitive sentences of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura in contentious-administrative process that declared illegitimate two decisions to remove parish priests is completed with a reflection regarding the convenience of arriving at greater effectiveness in the use of conciliatory means.
