Abstract

The relevance that criminal proceedings have acquired and the sensitivity towards crime victims has given rise to situations that, although provided for in canon law, were unknown in procedural practice. In this article, we intend to offer safe clues and criteria for legal operators for the correct defense of the rights of the faithful who claim to be victims of the commission of a crime.
