Abstract

This article analyzes the two new criminal delicts outlined in can. 1376 § 1, n. 1 CIC. In particular, the constituent elements of the same are examined in detail (the active subject, the objective and subjective criminal elements), as well as the disciplinary aspect, highlighting the peculiarities that characterize each of them.
