In the perspective of a healthy decentralization. Notes on the margin of the m.p. Competentias quasdam decernere regarding the right to consecrated life

Abstract

After an essential contextualization of the m.p. in the ratio of the beneficial decentralization that has characterized a number of previous pontifical interventions; after clarifying the aim of the note which is limited to the canons of the law of the Institutes of consecrated life and touching upon the general meaning of decentralization in the context of the magisterium of Francis, the Author analyzes various cases involved and connected issues, especially the granting of the exclaustration pardon for up to five years and the immediate effect of the decree of dismissal without the need for confirmation by the higher authority.
