Coordination and common action in the roman curia according to the apostolic constitution praedicate evangelium

Abstract

Like any other organization but also grounded in its own theological basis, the institutions of the Roman Curia need to be coordinated. In addition to the harmonization of personal work, a variety of methods within the A. C. Praedicate Evangelium tends toward a common action. Personal and institutional methods as long as they have legal implications are mainly focused in the article. It analyses interdicasterial meetings as integrated in administrative procedures, as well as the kinds of relationships between institutions outlined in the law.
