Abstract

Prefaced by a presentation of essential attributes of distributive justice according to aristotelian-thomistic doctrine, the focus of the study brings to light two aspects that are particularly relevant to ecclesial law. The first intent is to demonstrate how the structure of distributive justice corresponds with the analogy of proportionality. Secondly, the study will highlight how distributive justice can constitute a purview of particular importance for administrative canon law.
