Instruments for impugning Penal Decisions

Abstract

The sole purpose of the article is to illustrate the tools that the canonical system makes available to challenge criminal decisions. The fragmentation of criminal procedural matters requires, for reasons of clarity and aid to practice, to proceed with a didactic exposition that deals distinctly with the individual types of criminal decisions to which individual types of procedural instruments and single procedural regulations that regulate them correspond.
