The responsibility of ecclesiastical authority according to the jurisprudence of the Apostolic Signatura

Abstract

This article is based on a course given several times at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross on the jurisprudence of the Apostolic Signatura regarding the legal responsibility of ecclesiastical authority. It studies the action of reparation of damages within the administrative contentious process and analyzes some decisions of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura.
