The Free Exercise of Worship in France During the First 11 Months of the Covid-19 Epidemic (14 March 2020 - 15 February 2021)

Abstract

The article analyses the measures restricting religious worship that were adopted during the two periods of confinement as well as the appeals brought before the Council of State. The Council of State has gradually taken a more respectful approach to religious freedom, which has led it to insist on the need for consultation between the State and religions.
