The article highlights the changes introduced in 2019 to the Complementary Norms (of the Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum coetibus) from 2009 and examines the regulatory framework of personal ordinariates from a formal point of view. The membership of the faithful in the Ordinariate and the questions that remain open regarding their relationship with the dioceses are particularly studied.
