Abstract

This article about the authentic interpretation of can. 1367 analyses the criminal offense against the Eu-charist, according to the threefold aspect of the abicere, abducere and retinere. Then there is an exposition concerning the authentic interpretation of the verb “abicere” and one’s analyses the problem of specifc intention in relation to the unlawful removal and retention of the Eucharist. The author devotes large space to the imputability of this crime, its punishment, the mitigating circumstances, the exemption and the problem of complicity.
