The Canonical Responsibility of Administrators of Goods in the Church

Abstract

A study on the juridical responsibility implied in the management of temporal goods in the Church with the aim to answer the following questions: Who is accountable? What are the activities from which the accountability arises? What are the juridical implications of the accountability in the management of temporal goods, including the penal ones? What is the relationship between juridical responsibility in the administration of temporal goods in the Church and the corresponsibility (stewardship) of all the baptized in its mission?
