Is there a family law in the canon law? Despite the small size and fragmentation of the rules in the codes on the legal consequences of marriage, is possible bring out a comprehensive system of law based on the teachings of the Magisterium and other documents that reveal the juridical and christian anthropology on family. With this method, the article reconstructs an essential set of rules governing the relationship between parents and children in the Church.
